I just finished a good at-home workout session. You don't need an expensive gym membership to stay healthy and in shape. As long as you do it, that's all that counts. I did some jumping jacks, sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, and a few other exercises, all in the comfort of my own home. Now it's time for a nice long shower and some food, to recharge my body. I feel great :)
