Today I went to the gym and re-opened my membership there, so I can start training again. I haven't been to the gym in almost a year, because I completely lost all motivation to exercise. It's taken me some time, but now I've signed up for a challenge that requires me to be more physically fit than I am today. If I'm gonna be able to compete in the 7,5 km (≈ 4.66 miles) obstacle course I've registered for, I have to get my body in better shape, but the race isn't until May, so I have time. It feels nice to have a goal with my exercise. Hopefully it will help keep me motivated.
