Wall decorations can make or break a whole room. A room without anything on the walls will feel bare and a room with a lot of stuff on the walls will feel cluttered. In my opinion, it's also important that the things we hang on our walls merge with the rest of the decor in the room. That the "theme" of the room continues. It's very nice to hang pictures of people we care about and by choosing a frame that fits the color scheme of the rest of the furniture, the picture in the frame can be of anything. Above are some "art prints" from IMSO.com, which would great as wall decorations.
There is a whole jungle of interior design websites out there and it can sometime become a bit exhausting to browse page after page to find inspiration. One site that usually has a lot of cute home decor is HM.com. They're best known for clothing and fashion, but they also have a department for interior decorating. Everything from towels and blankets to storage and candlesticks. You name it. I always find a lot of nice things that I want to buy and they're always to an affordable price. It's easy to miss this gem, since they don't market this as much as they do with the clothes and also since they're so cheap. But cheap doesn't necessarily mean bad, it just means that you don't have to go broke to have a stylish home. And that you can switch things up more often, haha ;)
This is not a collaboration with HM.com, it's just a personal tip from me!
I can't wait for this fall/winter movie season to kick off. There's always a bunch of great movies that gets released every fall and winter and I love it. It's for sure the best time of year to sit in a movie theatre with some popcorn and a soda and just escape reality for a few hours. Especially since the winters here in Sweden are so cold.
My absolute must sees this year is "the Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1" and "the Hobbit: the Battle of the Five Armies". Which movies are you looking forward to this fall/winter?
